Refund policy
Refunds are available to students who have started the course and found that it is not what they thought they were signing up for. In order to qualify for a refund, you need to demonstrate that you have made a decent attempt on the course material in the first three weeks. This involves attempting the tasks in the book and the e-course and participating in the live sessions.
Some students might need to withdraw from the course because of exceptional, unforeseen reasons. If you are withdrawing from the course and seeking a refund, please state the reasons. This will help us assess the risk and clarify the situation for future students. The workbook is non-refundable. It contains at least half of the intellectual content of the course as well as the task-based experiences. It would be valued at £65. This cannot be refunded. Send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] with your request and an explanation. The deadline is the end of the third week of the course. |
