Refund policy

​Refunds are available to students who have started the course and found that it is not what they thought they were signing up for.  In order to qualify for a refund, you need to demonstrate that you have made a decent attempt on the course material in the first three weeks. This involves attempting the tasks in the book and the e-course and participating in the  live sessions.
 
Some students might need to withdraw from the course because of exceptional, unforeseen reasons. If you are withdrawing from the course and seeking a refund, please state the reasons. This will help us assess the risk and clarify the situation for future students.
 
The workbook is non-refundable. It contains at least half of the intellectual content of the course as well as the task-based experiences. It would be valued at £65. This cannot be refunded.
