Grammar, Vocabulary and Everything in Between

A book for curious and creative learners of English or who want to be one, B1 at least.

What comes between grammar and vocabulary? Nothing and everything, really.
Put all the most grammary things like tenses and articles and conditionals at one end of a line and all the most wordy things like meanings and opposites and irregular nouns at the other, then position things like prepositions and adverbs and chunks and phrasal verbs and collocations along the line between them and you'll find that grammar and vocabulary are just two ends of a single continuum.

If this makes any sense to you, keep reading. This book might be for you.

It's full of tasks: tasks that make you think about language in new ways, that make you think about learning in new ways, that expand your grammar, vocabulary and everything in between.

You will be constantly problem solving, working with real language to see how thousands of people before you have already used a piece of language.

You do most of the tasks with several online tools, so be online!

You'll love it.

What if you don't? That's OK. There is no one size fits all. We are all different.

Each unit in the book has a webpage: click on its title on the right.

(At the moment, everything is under construction ... like the book, it's coming).

You'll find there a brief statement about the Unit, maybe some links, screenshots, downloads and answers to tasks.  You'll see.

There is the book.
And a workbook – optional, as described on the Introduction page here.
And this website.
